**Hospital Supervisor**

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospital, ensuring that it runs smoothly and delivers exceptional patient care. You will work closely with the hospital's leadership team, medical staff, and support staff to ensure the highest standards of patient service and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring all activities run efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor the allocation of resources, including staff and equipment, and housekeeping to optimize patient care.
- Implement and enforce hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
- Collaborate with team doctors, nutritionists and support teams to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly, striving to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Facilitate patient admissions, discharges, adhering to established protocols.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including Therapist and support staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, provide guidance, and promote a positive work culture.
- Manage staff schedules and performance evaluations.
- Assist in budget planning and financial management of hospital resources.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality of care.
- Collaborate with the finance department to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure the hospital meets all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to maintain high standards of care.
- Implement improvements based on feedback and best practices.
- Develop and oversee emergency response plans and protocols to handle critical situations effectively.
- Coordinate with emergency services and local authorities as necessary.
- Foster collaboration with other departments, including nutrition, pharmacy, and administration, to provide holistic patient support.
- Work closely with the medical director to align hospital operations with healthcare goals.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
