**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness and orderliness.
- Assign and oversee daily tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Inspect areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and adherence to company protocols.
- Address customer feedback promptly to ensure superior service delivery.
- Train and mentor team members to elevate service quality and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory, prepare reports, and ensure the proper use of supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years in housekeeping, preferably in facility management or the hospitality industry.
- **Education**: Graduate or diploma holder in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- **Skills**: Leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- **Other**: Valid four-wheeler driving license with driving proficiency.
- **Preferred**: Experience in facility management is a plus
