Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeepers, and janitors.
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
- Train new housekeeping staff on hotel policies, procedures, and cleaning standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
- Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance department to ensure timely room readiness and maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
- Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
