We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of cleaning products and linens.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and assignments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, performance, and training activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
