We are looking for a dynamic **Sales & Marketing professional** who is passionate about creativity, people, and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Reach out to corporates, schools, colleges, and communities to promote workshops, events, and collaborations.
- Drive group bookings, private parties, and team-building events.
- Build strong client relationships and partnerships.
- **Marketing & Branding**:

- Manage and grow Mystic Palette’s presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Create engaging content in collaboration with the design team.
- Explore innovative ways to increase footfall and brand visibility.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and interact with customers, explaining workshop details and upselling packages.
- Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in hospitality, events, or creative industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
- Creative thinker with social media savviness.
- Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
