**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales Strategy & Lead Generation**
- Identify and prioritize high-potential markets for Nile Spectra’s ERP and trade platform services.
- Conduct thorough market research to build targeted prospect lists across sectors (FMCG, Agriculture, Textiles, Electronics, Healthcare, etc.).
- Generate qualified leads through digital outreach, LinkedIn networking, B2B marketplaces (e.g., Alibaba, TradeIndia, ExportHub), referrals, and trade directories.

**2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that align with client pain points and market requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, subscription terms, and product placement packages while ensuring high-margin deal closures.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across borders.

**3. Proposal Management & Contract Finalization**
- Prepare and send customized proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client-specific trade requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure proper documentation (NDA, MSAs, Purchase Orders, etc.).
- Secure letters of intent, agreements, and advance payments in accordance with company policy.

**4. Cross-Functional Coordination**
- Work closely with logistics, onboarding, ERP operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Liaise with product teams to provide client feedback and suggest improvements in ERP modules for specific geographies.

**5. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking**
- Maintain an up-to-date record of pipeline, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM (Zoho/HubSpot or equivalent).
- Submit weekly reports and participate in strategic reviews with the Sales Head and CEO.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue forecasting and budgeting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.**:

- MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory with proven field experience.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **2-4 years of international B2B sales** experience in sectors like SaaS, ERP, Trade Services, or Export Consultancy.
- Prior exposure to **Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, or Europe** markets will be a strong advantage.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong business communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages like Arabic, French, or Spanish are a bonus.
- Working knowledge of **global trade practices, export documentation, Incoterms, payment terms (LC, TT), and cross-border compliance.**:

- Proficient in digital sales tools: CRM systems, Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom/Google Meet.
- Ability to work independently, manage time zones, and handle high-stake international negotiations virtually.
