**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers interested in Multifit's services.
- Initiate and handle customer calls to provide comprehensive information about our services and offerings.
- Engage with customers to understand their fitness needs and preferences.
- Follow up with customers to provide additional information, address queries, and nurture leads.
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales cycle and effectively guide customers through the purchasing process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue generated.
**Requirements**:
- Clear and persuasive communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Self-motivated and energetic individual with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of the sales cycle and 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Freshers with strong knowledge of sales concepts are encouraged to apply
- Ability and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

**Note**: This is a full-time position that requires working from our office location.
