**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Installation and Configuration**:

- Deploy, configure, and maintain operating systems (Mac, Linux, Windows).
- Manage and configure virtual machines and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V).

**Network Management**:

- Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Implement and manage VPNs, VLANs, and other network protocols.

**Security Management**:

- Implement and maintain security measures (firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection systems).
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.

**System Monitoring and Maintenance**:

- Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and uptime.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

**Data Management**:

- Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
- Implement disaster recovery plans and procedures.

**User and Asset Management**:

- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and asset tracking.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Oversee IT asset inventory, including hardware and software management.
- Maintain and manage CCTV systems.
- Ensure IT compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Label and categorize IT equipment for efficient tracking and management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in managing virtual machines, databases, and cloud services.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
