**Job Title**: System and Network Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Administration**:

- Install, configure, and maintain Laptops.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.

**Network Administration**:

- Design, configure, and maintain local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize network performance.
- Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Ensure network security through access controls, VPNs, and monitoring tools.

**Security & Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
- Monitor for security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Maintain compliance with IT policies and industry standards.

**Technical Support & Documentation**:

- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Train staff on IT policies and security best practices.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a System and Network Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
