Business Operations professional (IT Budget manager) provides a guided and centralized layer of budget management and integration in the unit/account program and serves as a trusted advisor to the program managers, project managers and service partners. Position allows execution responsibility and accountability of specific project/Program as well as governance support responsibilities.

**What will your job look like?**:
You will:

- Be responsible for several cross unit processes/practices. Proactively provide integrative view and analysis of the various business aspects across unit/project(s) to enable better decisions making, build predictive routines and promotes risks mitigation.
- Identify & highlight trends/key issues and present results, pinpointing challenges, areas of concern and possible deviation from established plans in the domains under your responsibility. Be responsible for the execution of business improvement initiatives, internal/strategic project; Perform audits/reviews, proactively identify challenges/opportunities and extract lessons-learned to achieve business goals.
- Streamline work processes & demonstrate industry leading practices and standards across the unit/projects. Interface and work with business analysts and information system focal points.
- Work collaboratively and serve as a trusted advisor to the unit's partner's and other functions, providing crucial business operational support/consultancy ensuring that the business and operations of the unit are running on the specified cadence, adding value to unit's leadership discussions, operational discussions, etc.

- Monitor and manage IT infra budget, ensuring that expenditures are within allocated budgets with the planned schedule.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to prepare for annual budget plan, alliance with their Business need with IT infra strength
- Provide an integrative view and analysis of the various project budget aspects within the program to enable better decisions making. Ensures that information is captured and disseminated to all partners.
- Supervise and highlight trends and raise areas of concern regarding possible deviations from project and program plans.
- Financial operations review and monthly closure activities per execution and forecast
- Strong knowledge of Agreements and their financial impact on various systems
- Deploy effective methods for PY management
- Work and expertise on excel, power BI, BMBI etc
