The Operations Professional reports to the Senior Director, Project Management and is directly accountable for the consistent and timely production of informational reporting used to manage the Americas Professional Services organization. The role partners with the Program Management Office and Regional Operations specialists to implement global directives in the Americas theater.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize data extractions that allows for timely, informed decisions associated with the management of the Americas Services organization.
Support implementation of Operational and Program Management initiatives
Assists Operations Specialist in tracking of established programs
Participates in requirements gathering as part of program development
Contributes to a work environment that enables Teradata Technical Services to recruit, develop and retain top talent aligned to current and future project requirements.
Creates a positive, results-oriented organization.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote. A combination of independent work and team collaboration will be required.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, technical or professional discipline or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1-3 years of finance or operations experience
Minimum of 5 years working in support of Professional Services organizations
Proven ability to work across multiple lines of business in support of positive, directed results.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce reporting functionality

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Operations Support experience, vendor and procurement experience.
