Review contracts as needed Support the CSO regional manager in all required maintenance aspects(RFP’s etc.) Handling the SLF(License growth counting) process in all aspects(Operation & Monetary) include using the SAP system Analysis of the region’s Maintenance Renewals and SLF parameters and present them. Critical Experiences and skills: - Required 1-3 Years of experience - Finance, procurement, Industrial and management engineer(B.Sc) or PGM background may be an advantage - Experience with Excel,Word,Power Point - Good Business approach, High commercial negotiation skills - Excellent operational capabilities - Work under pressure and tight timeline - Team work capabilities - Good interpersonal relationship - Assertiveness - Independent work capabilities - "Yes I can” approach - Matrix work with many of Amdocs functions (Sales ,Finance, Legal, Support) in parallel - Excellent English **What will your job look like?**: - Provide input into developing an Annual Operating Plan that is aligned with the strategic plan, sales strategy, and targets. - Execute and maintain sales processes and initiatives in accordance with a detailed Plan and Amdocs sales methodologies - Ensure that sales operations are conducted within the constraints of the departmental budget. - Work with Regional Marketing Lead to ensure alignment with marketing strategy, processes, and initiatives. - Develop the framework to support the Sales team and ensure effective and efficient sales. Develop the scope of the CBU training plan based on business results and CSAT scores to optimize sales skills, Amdocs solution knowledge, and the Amdocs sales process. Execute and lead training plan. - Onboard newcomers to enable sales success.
