**Job Title - IT Operations Professional**

- Handle Team Admin responsibilities along with management of IT services.
- Service Support (Onboarding and Offboarding of resources).
- Procurement of assets.
- Inventory Management.
- PO creation.
- Contractual Management.
- Team Collaboration.
- Other Team Admin activities (offsite planning, accommodation, travel arrangements, coordination etc.).
- Handle PMO activities for the department.
- Handle service management for non-technical IT services.
- Defining and managing service level agreements with customers.
- Incident Management, problem Management, Continuous improvement etc.
- Maintaining and Reviewing metrics for the service.
- Monitor progress of IT Service design and overall status of IT Service.
- Ensure that IT Service is delivering the agreed capacity and performance targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations & its challenges.
- Regular alignments with all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure peak delivery (performance KPIs, continuous quality improvement, stakeholders’ relationship).
- Contributing towards planning and execution of various organizational tasks & initiatives.

- Experience in dealing with foreign / European customers / people.
- Experience in coordinating activities.
- Multitasking ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting.

- Strong attention to detail, proactively driving assignments and tracking tasks.
- Creative thinking and innovation skills to define new approaches to issues.
- Agile mindset, ownership, intercultural sensitivity.
- Graduation degree.
- Business & other stakeholder relationship management in IT area.
- MS office, Advance Excel.
- General Computer Knowledge.
