**Responsibilities**:

- Act as an escalation point for incidents unresolved by L1 and L2 teams.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and build/configuration of ESXi, AHV, and vCenter.
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and problem tickets.
- Recommend and implement performance and stability improvements (Capacity/Performance).
- Deploy and maintain disaster recovery strategies and ensure system availability.
- Upgrade OS and supported products, ensuring driver and firmware updates as necessary.
- Provide recommendations for tools to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Recovery Procedures.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to reduce support issues and enhance system uptime.
- Perform capacity planning and forecasting for resources.
- Recommend and implement PowerShell scripting for automation.

**Active Directory Administration**:

- Troubleshoot user profile issues, deleted site restoration, and site backups.
- Perform offline defragmentation of the Active Directory database.
- Manage group policy objects (GPOs) and their implementation.
- Configure and administer Domain Controller FSMO roles, including:

- Schema Master
- Domain Naming Master
- PDC Emulator
- Infrastructure Master
- RID Master
- Assign roles at the forest and domain levels.
- Configure domain trust relationships and resolve lingering object issues.
- Transfer roles between domains and promote Windows machines as Domain Controllers.

**Cluster Administration (Windows & VMware)**:

- Configure and troubleshoot clusters, including expansion and optimization.
- Manage VM storage expansion per customer requirements.

**IIS Administration**:

- Ensure smooth operations and troubleshooting of IIS environments.

**Azure Administration**:

- Administer Azure environments, ensuring secure and efficient management of storage accounts, blob storage, and Azure Files with File Sync.
- Implement and maintain Azure-based backups for files, folders, and virtual machines.
- Troubleshoot datastore inaccessibility issues and maintain operational continuity.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Identify root causes of system issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Act as part of the technical interview panel for recruitment.
- Ensure optimal RMS allocation for team members.

**Documentation & Process Improvement**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and recovery procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing setups to reduce downtime and enhance performance.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
