**Job Opportunity: Wintel Admin - 5 to 8 years of experience in Bangalore/Pune**

**What you will be doing**:

- Installing, maintaining, and upgrading internal computer hardware and software systems used to design and develop company products.
- Controlling user access and passwords.
- Proposing and implementing system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Monitoring usage and performance.
- Training personnel on system usage.
- Troubleshooting server, software, and hardware issues.
- Assisting with recommending, scheduling, and implementing system upgrades or repairs.
- Researching, evaluating, and recommending software and hardware products.
- Supporting Web access and electronic messaging services while maintaining a secure systems environment.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

**What you bring**:

- Knowledge of multiple operating systems, utilities, and hardware
- Knowledge of storage management, TCP/IP, network monitoring and tools, and technical writing principles
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, installation, and maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
