**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
The Showroom Executive plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within the showroom environment. They are responsible for showcasing the company's products, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Additionally, the Showroom Executive assists in maintaining the showroom's visual appeal and effectively communicates with the sales and management teams

**PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing them with information about products and services.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Guide customers through the showroom, highlighting key features and benefits of various products, and encouraging them to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, actively participating in sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom's cleanliness and visual appeal, ensuring that products are properly displayed and organized.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and suggestions for improving the showroom's overall performance.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to remain a trusted source of information for customers.

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or showroom environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak business hours as required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
