**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online channels, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their IT needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation, contract closure, and post-sales support.

**Marketing & Brand Positioning**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and case studies.
- Organize and participate in IT expos, trade shows, and industry events to showcase company offerings.

**Client & Account Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with technical teams to align marketing strategies with product/service capabilities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven 10+ years of experience** in IT sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of **B2B sales, SaaS, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions**.
- Experience in handling **Digital Twin, 3D, and Configurator solutions** (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in international markets (preferred but not mandatory).
