Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Lab Chemist, you will play a crucial role in conducting scientific experiments, analyzing chemical substances, and ensuring the quality and safety of products. This role requires a strong background in chemistry, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail. Lab Chemists typically work in various industries, such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, environmental science, or research and development.

Key Responsibilities:
**Conducting Experiments**:Plan and execute experiments based on project requirements.
Perform chemical analyses and tests on various substances.

**Data Collection and Analysis**:Record and interpret experimental data with precision.
Use specialized equipment and instruments for accurate measurements.
Analyze and validate results, drawing conclusions from experiments.

**Quality Control**:Monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Implement and adhere to quality control standards and procedures.

**Documentation**:Keep detailed and accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results.
Prepare technical reports summarizing findings.

**Safety Compliance**:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the laboratory.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.

**Continuous Learning**:Stay updated on advancements in chemistry and relevant technologies.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Proven experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a specific industry (pharmaceuticals, food, sugar and têxtile etc.).
- Strong understanding of chemical principles and laboratory techniques.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
