**Job Summary**

Our product range includes Greenhouse covering films, **Mulch films**, Soil Solarization Film, Geo-membranes liners, Greenhouse drainage sheets, Apron paper, Open Top & Grow Bag, Pro-Grape cover Film, Foldable Water Tank, Vacuum Packing Bag, Cotton Bales Bag & PE Foam Films.

**This position is based at Hosur, TN and will take care of the company's Plastic Mulch film sales (Agribusiness division) in adjoining areas. Will report to Marketing Head and need to coordinate with other department employees-based Rajkot, Gujarat.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Main responsibility is to drive sales results in Assigned area**:

- _Develop strong dealer network across assigned Area._
- _Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational goals; analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information._
- _Preparation of monthly/ yearly sales projections, targets based on market scenario and scope, dealers' strength etc.; build good relationships with potential and existing Buyers, dealers._
- _Responsible for implementation of Micro Planning which includes - channel development, marketing activities e.g. Farmer meetings exposure visits, product campaigns etc._
- _Competitor Business analysis & model in the said territory_
- _Continuously improve sales performance through defining and refining best practices. Lead by example by affecting direct sales_
- _Be available to travel frequently to territories to support Dealers/ Retailers /field work._
- _Coordinate with Head office to ensure for smooth execution of sales, required materials and information to promote the company’s products and services are available_

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Educational Qualification** : Preferably B.Sc (Agriculture/ Horticulture) or any graduate.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Passion to work as an owner of the company and having a hungry, entrepreneurial mindset. Willingness to work across states.
- **This position is for professionals who truly love being in sales function and intend to build a long-term career prospect in this function.**:

- Should have experience in **Channel/** **direct sales** of below products to opinion makers or have experience in affecting the product/services sales by influencing the opinion makers in their respective rural territories
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing of Mulch films, micro irrigation and other irrigation equipment’s, shade net / insect net, Plastic film for Greenhouse, Seeds, Pesticides/ Insecticides other agriculture inputs and must have an in-depth exposure to rural markets

**Benefits**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
