**Job Title: Store Executive - Chaichun & Okayti (Darjeeling Outlet)**

**Location: Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata, West Bengal**

Chaichun and Okayti are looking for a motivated Store Executive to support the Store Manager in our Darjeeling outlet. The Store Executive will assist in day-to-day store operations, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving the store’s sales goals. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for retail and tea, and who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle product inquiries and provide expert knowledge about tea varieties and products.
- Help with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Support the implementation of promotions and special offers in-store.
- Process transactions at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance against store targets.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Education & Experience**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
