CuringBusy is on the lookout for a skilled Digital Marketing Expert (Freelance) to support our

growing team. This is a hands-on freelance role for a strategic thinker who can manage

international digital marketing clients and guide a team of marketing virtual assistants. You’ll be

responsible for driving performance across a variety of channels, implementing tailored

marketing strategies, and ensuring top-notch results for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to business needs.
- Build and maintain websites using WordPress.
- Manage SEM, display advertising, and conversion rate optimization campaigns.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Monitor and report performance metrics like CTR, CPM, CPC, and ROI.
- Lead and supervise a remote team of marketing virtual assistants.
- Maintain and grow brand presence across social media platforms.
- Conduct performance analysis across multiple customer touchpoints and improve user

experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (freelance, agency, or remote setup

preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing international clients (US, UK, Canada, etc.).
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO platforms, and CRMs.
- Skilled in Google Analytics, SEMRush, and similar platforms.
- Website building experience on platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify,

Squarespace, etc.
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Omnisend, Mailerlite, etc.
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to lead, delegate, and manage virtual marketing teams.

Nice to Have
- Prior experience working in a Virtual Assistant or remote-first company.
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or related platforms.

Compensation: ₹200/hour (based on experience and project scope)

Pay: ₹180.00 - ₹200.00 per hour
