- Responsible for effective sales order processing, deemed exports documentation & dispatch leasing with agents, customers, product group, H.O. for effective transportation and distribution.
- LONGDESCRIPTION
- Job Accountabilities
- Monitoring and disposal of ageing stock at primary and secondary warehouses
- Monitoring of Statutory requirement
- o Road permit management
o Statutory compliance related to DE / SEZ supplies.
- Monitoring of sales order processing
- Remove various bottlenecks faced by order processing executives
- Stock transfer orders for depot warehouses
- Monitor the dispatches of customers
- Ensure no ageing of pending orders more than 24hours
- Evaluation of Warehousing Management Agency.
- Arrange for inspection of material under complaint
- Register complaint in system
- Follow-up for the settlement

**Education Requirement**:

- Graduate / Post-graduate in commerce / science
- Diploma / degree in supply chain management is desirable

**Experience Requirement**:

- 2 # 3 years of experience in the area of transportation management
- 3 - 5 years of overall experience

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in SAP, knowledge of APO is desirable
- Knowledge of logistics best practices like vehicle tracking system, etc.
