The Brand Executive will play a crucial role in ideating new brands in different market verticals to achieve strategic business goals. You will work closely with the marketing teams to develop and execute effective brand strategies. This position requires a creative and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative brand strategies to strengthen brand visibility and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Manage and coordinate brand events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports on brand performance and ROI.
- Foster relationships with media and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and outreach.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity across all company initiatives and communications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and branding techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Creative thinker with a strong problem-solving orientation.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with marketing software and online platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,198.02 per month
