**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that match their needs.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, explaining features, benefits, and uses.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively upselling and cross-selling.
- Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash or card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest product offerings, promotions, and store policies.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Participate in stock-taking, inventory management, and restocking products on the floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team and store management to improve overall sales performance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Knowledge of current retail trends and products is an advantage.
