**Job Title: Accounting Assistant**
**Location**: [Nashik]
**Job Type**: [Full-Time]
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing processes.
- Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, B com, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally, Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers are preferred.
**Experience**: 2,3 years
