**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative content ideas for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create high-quality posts, including images, graphics, short videos, and written content, aligned with the brand's voice and audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, schedule, and manage content calendars.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry news to create timely and relevant content.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and provide insights for content improvement.
- Stay updated on new tools, platforms, and techniques to optimize social media presence.

**Requirements**:

- At least **6 months of experience** in social media content creation or a related role.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling.
- Understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media advertising.
