We are looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a freelance basis. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Create, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (e.g., Reels, Stories, etc.) and photos that resonate with our brand and audience.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and content creation, and proactively suggest new ideas to keep our profiles fresh and engaging.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar aligned with our brand voice and business goals.
- **Publishing**: Regularly post content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with other relevant accounts to build a strong online community.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track the performance of your content, provide insights, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, ideally with a focus on lifestyle, health, or eco-friendly products.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong visual and creative abilities with experience in photography and videography, particularly for social media formats.
- **Editing Proficiency**: Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
- **Trend Awareness**: Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for content creation.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to capture the brand's voice in social media posts.
- **Time Management**: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Own Equipment**: Access to necessary equipment for content creation, including a high-quality camera, smartphone, lighting, and editing software.

**Payment & Compensation**:

- Payment will be made on a per deliverable basis, as per the content targets agreed upon at the beginning of the contract.
- Compensation structure can be discussed and customized based on the content volume, quality, and engagement metrics achieved.
