**Salary**: Up to ₹16,000 per month

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook Indian dishes according to standard recipes and menu specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of mise en place for daily service.
- Ensure consistent quality and taste of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
- Follow health and safety regulations and adhere to hygiene standards.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and special events.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Contribute to menu development and offer creative ideas for new dishes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Commi 2 or similar role in an Indian kitchen (1-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Relevant culinary certification or training is preferred.
