**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT)
- Strong written English skills
- A problem-solving mindset and curiosity to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize based on importance
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in organising school fests, college fests or other similar events is a **big plus**:

- Willingness to work from our office in JP Nagar, Bangalore **(This is not optional; we cannot offer remote-working for this role given the Ops-heavy nature of it)**

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Assisting the Founders and Chief of Staff with key operational initiatives
- Doing necessary on-ground work to facilitate smooth operations and help with the execution of key tasks for the proper functioning of the office and the organisation
- Providing operational and strategic help to different teams, as and when needed
- Working with Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- Drafting reports, presentations, and key documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the team in project execution, including marketing, product development, and other cross-functional tasks

**Duration**:3-6 months

**Stipend**:10,000-15,000 per month depending on previous experience and skills

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
