**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote interior design services.
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales/design team.
- Maintain and update client database with relevant information.
- Answer inquiries and provide details on services offered by the company.
- Build rapport with clients, addressing any concerns or queries professionally.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching out to new clients.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
- Persuasive and patient, with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of interior design or willingness to learn.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in interior design or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
