**Reports To**: [Operations Manager and Facility Manager]

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk and Member Support**
- Welcome and assist members, visitors, and potential clients.
- Provide tours and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
- Handle member onboarding and ensure smooth move-ins/move-outs.

**2. Space Management**
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of shared spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Manage booking systems for conference rooms and event spaces.
- Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed.

**3. Operations & Administration**
- Manage mail handling, deliveries, and office logistics.
- Track inventory and coordinate with vendors for maintenance or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and facility policies.

**4. Community Engagement**
- Foster a collaborative and friendly atmosphere among members.
- Organize and promote community events, networking meetups, and workshops.
- Gather member feedback to improve services and satisfaction.

**5. Billing & Reporting**
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and membership records.
- Track space usage, prepare occupancy reports, and support financial tracking.
- Liaise with the accounting or finance team when necessary.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administration, office management, or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy; proficient in office software and coworking management tools.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a coworking space or shared office environment.
- Event planning or community management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Nexudus, OfficeRnD, or similar platforms.

**Working Conditions**:

- May require occasional evening or weekend hours for events.
- Some lifting or physical activity may be required for setup and maintenance tasks.
