**Why we need this role**
**What you will do**:
- Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Financial
- Tracking and reporting on the spend vs actuals of the global training budget at Colt (EUR 1.2m)
- Providing reports on platform usage, Colt Excel & SNOW
- Vendor management
- Providing reports on platform usage, Colt Excel & SNOW
- Reporting and analysis of external platform usage and recommendation of remedial actions where required to L&D Consultant (Design, Delivery and Analytics Specialist).
- Colt Excel (Non-technical)
- Manage Colt Excel Partner Pages to ensure economic usage and current materials/ users on a regular basis.
- Responding to ‘Boost Your Skills’ mailbox to ensure employees/managers are supported in line with the SLA (2 WD)
- Apprenticeships/Graduates
- Support Early Careers consultants in locally managing the graduate and apprenticeship program in India
- Other
- Consolidation of audit requests and submission of information as requested by audit teams.
- Run Mandatory Training reports as required
- Provide support to the team’s initiatives as required by L&D Manager
**What we’re looking for**
- Excellent communication skills
- Finance Knowledge
- Proven stakeholder engagement and management, with ability to manage priorities and conflict.
- Management reporting
- Data-driven analytical mindset.
- Communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Education
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a relevant field
