Designation – Learning And Development Specialist/ManagerLocation – 1st Floor, Tower-A, UNITECH CYBER PARK, Durga Colony, Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana 122003Days of working – 5 (Sat& Sun fixed off)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Specialist/Manager to design, implement, and drive all capability-building initiatives across the organization. This role will own the complete L&D lifecycle — from Training Needs Assessment (TNA/TNI) to planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional leaders and the CEO to shape impactful learning programs that enhance performance, strengthen culture, and support organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Strategy & ExecutionLead the end-to-end Learning & Development function for the company.Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) across teams.Design, plan, and execute training calendars aligned with business goals.Develop learning frameworks, competency models, and continuous improvement roadmaps.Evaluate training effectiveness and drive measurable outcomes.Training Delivery & FacilitationConduct in-house sessions on POSH, workplace ethics, communication, leadership, team collaboration, feedback culture, and other interpersonal skills.Identify and onboard external trainers when required.Ensure seamless end-to-end coordination for both virtual and in-person trainings.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate closely with department heads to understand team capability gaps.Work with the CEO and senior leadership on new training initiatives and skill development programs.Partner with managers to build role-based learning journeys and career development paths.Process & ComplianceBuild and maintain training documentation, compliance records, and training dashboards.Ensure mandatory training compliance (POSH, onboarding modules, policy training, etc.).Introduce new learning tools, platforms, and digital solutions to scale L&D.RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.4+ years of relevant L&D experience in a fast-paced organization (agency experience is a plus).Strong background in TNA/TNI, content development, training facilitation, and end-to-end program management.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and drive results as the sole L&D owner.Experience in delivering interpersonal skill training (POSH, ethics, leadership, communication, etc.).Familiarity with modern L&D tools, digital learning platforms, assessments, and LMS tools (preferred).Key SkillsTraining Need Analysis (TNA/TNI)Learning Program Design & FacilitationLeadership & Behavioral TrainingStakeholder ManagementTraining Evaluation & ReportingCommunication & Presentation SkillsContent Creation & Curriculum DesignPOSH & Compliance TrainingsLMS / Digital Learning ToolsAbout Lyxel&Flamingo:Lyxel&Flamingo is all in one Digital Marketing Solution for businesses at the intersection of art, design, and technology.
