- As the Project Executive, you will be part of the Corporate Admin, Facility Management & Corporate Real Estate function and will report to the Head - Corporate Real Estate (CRE)
The purpose of your role will be to be responsible for the on-site management of projects. You will be required to monitor project progress, performance, and completion and resolve any issues that may arise during the project’s life cycle. You will also be responsible for building healthy relationships with clients and managing their expectations**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Create a project plan, including work breakdown structure, and work on developing the project plan
2. Manage the fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses. Monitor overall budget spending, and ensure that the project is delivered within its budget
3. Responsible for engaging in effective communications with internal senior management and external stakeholders
4. Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction and expectations, and build healthy client and vendor relationships
5. Supervise project team through the project’s life cycle plan and look after the hiring and filling vacancies as per project requirements
6. Track project progress as per the actual plan, review project documentation, and follow performance metrics
7. Prepare various real-time project dashboards and portfolio dashboards capturing live project data, and metrics such as time, cost, etc. as per requirement**A Day in the life**

- Bachelor of Architecture
Master in Interior Design (preferred)
PGP in Project Management (preferred)
2-4 Years of relevant experience
