**Position**:Chief Operating Officer - COO**

**Based at**: Bangalore Vijayanagar/Malleshwaram.

**Role**:
The incumbent will have direct responsibility for the operation and smooth functioning of all the units of the brand. He will be coordinating with various franchisees for the Franchise owned outlets.He will be the integrator between the operations and the central resources.

The key responsibility will be towards strategizing and ensuring effective implementation and roll out, operations, growth and maximization of revenues and profitability for all the units under him.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy**
- Provide key strategic inputs on the business plan for the business. Critically examine each of the formats and evaluate growth plans for businesses with growth potential and examine options for formats which are currently not optimizing performance.
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed organizational plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
- Identify the target audience, catchments area and demographic profile of customers and align operations accordingly.
- Prepare, develop and implement the annual budgets.
- Design and deliver a unique customer experience to the target audience through innovative programs & cross promotions, reward schemes through active “loyalty programs.
- Over see the multi-site properties including budget management, facility operations, regulatory compliance, business planning and human resources development
- Create appropriate strategies and structures to meet the demands of the fast expanding organization.
- Communications and Reporting from department to all Hods and reports to higher authorities

**Financial planning and management**
- Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence
- Ensure that financial plans are developed in line with the market trends and reconciled with corporate budgets within the agreed planning calendar
- Ensure budgeted expenditure is within agreed levels and turnover and profitability targets are achieved.
- Develop, implement and oversee cost control measures and continuously drive cost efficiencies to reduce the fixed and variable overhead commitment of the hotels/ centres, thus increasing profitability.

**Marketing and Promotions**
- Ensure updated and detailed awareness of market & analyze trends and innovations.
- Develop and implement strict quality norms and measures.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotion & sales programmes and brand strategies
- Contribute to the group promotion plan and ensure that it is efficiently executed, maintaining at all times a mix of innovation, which enhances customers’ perception of the brand while delivering measurable increases in performance.
- Lead the sales effort and implement sales strategy to achieve revenue goals

**Leadership**
- Hire and develop strategies to retain and motivate key team. Provide clear leadership to the team.
- Ensure a transparent and motivated culture within the organization
- Develop the skills of the team members through training and coaching and manage individual performances to full potential
- Ensure cross functional / divisional and two way communication within the company

**The Person**:

- A qualified professional with 8- 10 years of domain knowledge and experience in Hospitality and Food & Beverage operations driven industries like Quick Service Restaurants, Hotels, multiplexes Entertainment services companies.
- A strong business and commercial acumen with a proven track record in profit centre management, managing operations and rollout of new projects.
- He/ she must have strong budgetary, projections, and cost control skills.
- He should be with excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead the team to new forms of thinking.
- As an aggressive, highly motivated self-starter he/ she must be a business builder versus maintenance of existing business, with a high degree of flexibility and openness to changes in a fluid and fast developing environment.
- Good personal communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent management skills.

Should possess high degree of integrity, excellent pulse of the market and sound business sense.

**Qualifications**:A degree or master's in hospitality and F&B.

**Experience**:8 to 10 years in Hospitality and Food & Beverage Industry or QSR.

**CTC : Rs.12-18 lacs Per annum**

**Reporting to**: CEO

**Working**:From Office

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
