**Description**

**Key Roles/Responsibilities**:

- This role would be focused on providing operational support to for Direct material for

Hyderabad Plants
- The role involves extensive coordination with warehouse, supply chain teams at site and at Mumbai office.
- Monitor RM. PM and solvent tank levels and accordingly initiate the purchase order process
- Work with site buyers to procure raw materials.
- Provide various SAP based MIS to Factory team and HO.
- Maintain accountability for service delivery, which would primarily include:

- Conversion of Purchase requisition into duly approved Purchase orders for:

- Manage Vendor Communication Process
- Follow-up for Order confirmation and on time delivery of goods/services
- Handle 2nd line communication for goods returns (defective goods etc.)
- Resolve vendor queries through Vendor Help desk
- Ensure up-to date documentation as per Internal and Statutory audit requirements
- Provide input to measure supplier performance and pull necessary reports from SAP to rate vendor in terms of price, availability, delivery adherence, accurate documentation and service
- Work with Factory team to resolve 3 Way mismatch issues
- Updating BOM, 2 P con in SAP.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedure of in-scope processes and timely update it.
- Develop procurement related MIS to report agreed SLAs
- Participate in Procurement/Purchase team meetings (relating to in scope Purchase categories), and support in identifying areas to improve cost and schedule, mitigate risks, manage claims avoidance, negotiate purchase orders and resolve issues.
- Work towards standardizing PR to PO process across various plants and business within HFL
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business units/sites to ensure effective and appropriate communication occurs as required.
- Develop and maintain a strong team environment and build strong competencies in the team.
- management. Experience in procurement activities of solvents and bulk raw material, import clearance and co-ordinations with CHAs, Customs departments would be an added advantage
- Significant knowledge of Supply Chain & In-depth understanding of ‘Procurement operations’’ in SAP environment would be an added advantage.
- Quick learning ability

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
