**SUMMARY**

Optel is currently looking for a Human Resources Partner ( Recruiter) for our Goa Site. Under the supervision of the Site & Human Resource Leader, the partner occupies a hybrid role. The incumbent works as a generalist with the client group assigned to him / her for any question relating to the management of Human Resources. The role will also work as HE Partner (Recruiter) for Asia region.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage daily operations related to recruitment (complete staffing process), Advise managers on good recruitment practices, and oversee recruiting strategic and management positions for Asia region.
- Participate in recruitment activities such as job fairs, conferences in educational institutions, and other events
- Advise the managers and employees of the groups assigned to him/ her on anything related to the operational management of human resources;
- Support the deployment of various HR programs and initiatives in assigned groups such as performance management, salary review, annual training planning, employment relationship, etc;
- Participate in the development, implementation and updating of certain policies, HR procedures;
- Advise managers and support them in adopting a management practice that promotes recognition of employee contributions;
- With the support of the communication team, contribute to the adoption by the members of the management and human resources team of good internal communication practices in order to increase the level of team mobilization;
- Establish strategies and practices aimed at effectively promoting corporate values in organizations and ensuring that employees imbibe the culture and vision of Optel;

**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**

Master’s degree in human resources management or related discipline;
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in human resources management;

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Ability to manage priorities;
- Analytical ability to solve problems;
- Works well as part of a team;
- Be proactive and able to work in a constantly changing environment;
- Analytical ability to solve problems;
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure;
- Leadership, autonomy, planning, judgment and teamwork;
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
