**Job Overview**:
You should be able to build and organize a strong tech talent pipeline, assist Hiring Managers with the hiring process and retain skilled workers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write and post technical job descriptions on various platforms.
- Lead job and task analysis to document job responsibilities and requirements.
- Parse particular skills and capabilities to screen IT resumes
- Assess the abilities of the applicant by pre-screening calls.
- Collaborate with IT team leaders to forecast the hiring needs and objectives of the department.
- Partake and engage in tech meetings, conferences, and meetups to coordinate with Information Technology experts and professionals.
- Create job offer letters and onboard new hires.
- Promote the reputation of the company for being an extraordinary workplace.

**Requirements**:

- BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant field.
- Proven 3+ years of recruiting experience as a Technical Recruiter or HR Recruiter in a recruiting agency.
- Skilled in different interview formats.
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Outstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of HR practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- An outstanding problem-solver.
- A keen eye on details for accuracy.
- Good time management skills.
