We currently have vacancies for a Chef De Cuisine (all-day dining restaurant) to join our Kitchen team.

**Duties**:
Have a creative approach in designing new and developing menus.
Prepare authentic dishes as per the menu.
Train the culinary team in preparation of all Mediterranean dishes
Be proactive in guest engagement and take feedback from the guests on the food served.
Works with the Executive chef / Executive Sous Chef to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant’s vision.
Practically familiar with HACCP systems, standards, and hygiene management
Ensures that all food served in the outlet respects hotel standards, in terms of quality, taste, portioning, presentation, and variety and hygiene and food safety standards are met in all stages of food preparation.
Handles guest concerns or other department concerns in a professional manner
To produce a consistent, high-quality product and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen.
Support the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef in daily operation.

**Requirements**:
Strong hands-on Experience in all-day dining restaurants with luxury hotels on the same level.
Enjoys interacting with people.
Communicates with fluency in English.
Must have experience with either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment.
Has management experience would be advantageous.
Always aware of latest market trends and industry updates
Enjoys being challenged.
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends.
