Supervise and oversee the Client groups for service requests
- Provide Customer Support and resolve client issues
- Monitor the service engineers to provide on-site and remote technical support to clients for operational guidance and troubleshooting.
- Co0rdinating site visits, monitoring schedules, and helping technicians.
- Ensuring on-site efficiency and safety at all times.
- Analyzing data, monitoring expenditure, and drafting progress reports.
- Drafting and submitting reports to superiors and other key individuals.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
