**About Us**:
Chidiyaa Crafts is a sustainable fashion brand dedicated to creating timeless, hand-crafted apparel with love and tradition. We are looking for a passionate and customer-friendly **Fashion Consultant** to join our team and be the voice of our brand across multiple communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **fashion consultation** by suggesting products, styling tips, and size guidance.
- Assist customers with **order updates, exchanges, returns, and complaints resolution**.
- Maintain a positive customer experience by offering quick and clear communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, marketing) for smooth resolution of customer concerns.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high retention and repeat sales.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in **customer service / client relations**, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Strong knowledge of **fashion trends, fabrics, and styling**.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written & spoken).
- Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions across platforms.
- A friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.

**Good to Have**:

- Prior experience working with a **fashion or lifestyle brand**.
- Interest in **sustainable and handcrafted fashion**.
