About Us:

Chidiyaa Crafts is a sustainable fashion brand that designs and curates handcrafted women's clothing, including sarees, blouses, kurtas, and menswear. We focus on high-quality fabrics, timeless design, and conscious fashion practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Chidiyaa store, ensuring smooth customer service and store upkeep.
  • Assist walk-in customers with styling suggestions, product selection, and personalized fashion consultation.
  • Handle customer communication via emails, calls, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Support sales targets by promoting products and providing excellent service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and store trends.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Prior experience in retail, fashion consultancy, or visual merchandising preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
  • Customer service–oriented with problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (emails, MS Office ).
  • Ability to multitask and manage both in-store and online customer queries.
  • Passion for fashion and styling with good product knowledge.

Work Type: Full-time, On-site (Pune)

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
