**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, implementation, and optimization of PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for PPC campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to achieve optimal campaign performance, including bid adjustments based on keyword performance, competition, and other factors.
- Assist in managing PPC budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns stay within allocated budgets while maximizing ROI and achieving campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization, providing regular reports and recommendations to the PPC team.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance and improve conversion rates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to PPC advertising, and incorporate new strategies and techniques into campaign management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools is a plus.
- Google Ads or Bing Ads certification is desirable but not required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
