**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Campaign Strategy and Management**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, selection, and organization into effective ad groups.
- Create compelling and engaging ad copy, and continuously test and optimize creatives.
**2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve business goals, including bid adjustments, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of PPC campaigns.
**3. Budget Management**:
- Manage and allocate PPC budgets efficiently to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Track and report on budget expenditures and forecast future spend requirements.
**4. Stay Updated with Industry Trends**:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, PPC best practices, and platform updates.
- Implement new strategies and tools to stay ahead of competitors and improve campaign performance.
**5. Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, particularly on Google Ads.
- Proven track record of successful PPC campaign management and optimization.
**Skills**:
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Certifications**:
- Google Ads Certification (required).
- Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
