**Job Summary**:
**Job Role**:

- Communicating with customer by mails and calls.
- Understanding and comprehend customer needs, queries and requirement and respond accordingly.
- Keep a track of upcoming tenders on all tender e-portals on a daily basis.
- Preparing tender documents, and end-to-end tender submission online/offline.
- Fill up technical and commercial information in the tender documents.
- Online and offline Government tender e-filing.
- Follow up with clients for tender queries/EMD’s/rejections.
- Bid Preparation with customer coordination and follow-up with the respective client depts to ensure seamless document submission including shortfall submission if any
- Responsible for ensuring that the proposal is compliant with all applicable regulations.
- Support marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders.
- Graduate from any Steam
- Minimum 04 years of experience
- Excellent in written and verbal English communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
