**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) of our company. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the MD's office and maintaining effective communication within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, calendars, and appointments.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the MD.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Maintain and organize confidential company files, records, and documents.

Conduct research and gather information to assist the MD in making informed decisions.

Act as a liaison between the MD and other departments, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Take accurate and detailed minutes of meetings, distribute them, and follow up on action items.

Maintain a professional and organized office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD.

Handle personal tasks and errands for the MD as required.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to an executive, preferably the Managing Director. Alternatively, strong experience as an office coordinator with significant administrative and coordination responsibilities will be considered.

Graduated from a secretarial college or equivalent educational qualification.

Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to track and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency in shorthand is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.

Female, preferably married with children.

Resides within a 45-minute commuting distance from our office location.

Willingness to perform personal tasks and errands for the MD.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
