- Close sales deals and generate contracts in line with company policies.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation by coordinating with the relevant teams.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction, solve problems, and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and track sales performance through KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential customers, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback on pricing, product features, and competitor strategies.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data using CRM software.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Share insights with the marketing team on customer preferences to help shape marketing campaigns and promotions.
- **Upselling & Cross-selling**:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Promote additional products and services that may benefit clients.
- **After-Sales Support**:
- Ensure client satisfaction post-sale, address any queries or concerns, and maintain strong long-term relationships.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience: 0-1 Year**:
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
