Hiring for a waste recycling facility.

Looking for someone with experience in footwear production. Should have experience in all types of footwear materials. (Eva, PVC, PU, TPR, Rubber and all types of Footwear Production, QC etc)

you will play an important role in breaking down footwear waste streams and pioneering research and development for a more sustainable footwear future.

You will be responsible for:
1. Footwear Sorting:

- Implement and oversee secondary and tertiary sorting processes for footwear waste.
- Build capacity and train our sorting team to ensure efficient and accurate sorting.
- Maintain strict quality control standards for sorted footwear materials.
- Gain a deep understanding of footwear materials and their chemical compositions.
- Conduct research and testing on the recyclability of various footwear materials.
- Facilitate collaborations with third parties for advanced footwear recycling research.
- Identify and establish partnerships with responsible footwear recyclers.
- Explore opportunities for creating secondary by-products from footwear waste.
- Oversee the entire footwear waste management process across Green Worms' Material Recovery Facilities.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the footwear industry, including brands, manufacturers, and potential recyclers.
