CREATIVE DESIGNER EVA
- Develop innovative and trend-focused EVA footwear designs.
- Create detailed design sketches and renderings using Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator.
- Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to execute samples.
- Understand materials, quality standards, and pattern making for EVA-based footwear.
- Ensure designs meet cost, functionality, and aesthetic requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to inspire creative concepts.
- Proficiency in design software: Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of quality control, EVA materials, and pattern making.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and current footwear trends.
- Ability to translate creative ideas into functional, market-ready designs.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree/diploma in Footwear Design or related field.
- Experience in EVA or Footwear segment is a plus.
