**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Explain services offered by Pixelrio Studio in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Handle inquiries and provide information over the phone.
- Maintain daily call logs and report to the manager.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call targets.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel/Google Sheets etc.
- Polite, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10+2 or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
